Catalina's newest plant species and their stories
2010 was a great year for plants on Catalina Island. Moderate rainfall and a mild summer created conditions that were ideal for many rare annual species, and plants were present that have not been seen in years. This photo gallery highlights some good news and interesting plant finds from this year.
